Therefore the molybdenum wire should have high tensile strength and elongation, low coefficient of diameter loss during work as well as high melting point. We offer two types of molybdenum wire depending on the requirements. With the molybdenum wire you can achieve high precision during metal cutting and high surface quality. It may be with larger or smaller diameters depending on the intended use.

It can be used in conditions of a sudden drop of temperature or during heating as well as during rapid changes of working direction.

Selection of the electrode diameter depends on the intended task and the shape to be cut.
Parameters of the wire 0.18 mm:
Diameter tolerance: +/- 0.5% from 0.1791 mm to 0.1809 mm.
Tensile strength: >= 1940 N/mm2 or >=0.95 N/mg.
Elongation: >= 2%.
