Brass electrodes
BRASS ELECTRODES PAPS
The electrodes are manufactured according to a Japanese license and their high quality was corroborated by distributors in 56 countries all over the world.
Brass electrodes
PAPS 490 N/mm and 960 N/mm
- Tolerance for the diameter: +/- 0.001 mm
- Its stronger version 960 N/mm² is ideal for machines with automatic wire threading (AWT), both for rough and finishing cutting.
- For taper cutting we recommend the version 490 N/mm² with higher relative elongation.
- Due to its rectilinearity it is suitable for machines with AWT.
- Wire without paraffin.
This electrode is recommended for all types of wire erosion machines working with hard and semi-hard brass wire.
PAPS 1050 N/mm2
- Tolerance for the diameter: +/- 0.001 mm
- High zinc content (CuZn40).
- Possibility of loading with higher current in order to obtain up to 10% higher cutting speed in relation to the standard brass wires.
- Recommended for finishing cutting where high precision is required.
- Due to high rectilinearity and tensile strength it is ideal for machines with automated wire threading (AWT).
- Manufactured from copper and zinc of highest purity which guarantees durable structure of the resulting alloy without a possibility of hulling.
- Wire without paraffin of the same and repeatable parameters along its whole length.
- Electrode recommended for all types of Japanese erosion machines and Agie wire erosion machines.
