SAVAN RVH 600
Application: Anticorrosion agent SAVAN RVH 600 is intended as an additive to dielectric (demineralized water) in wire-erosion machines. It is used as a corrosion inhibiting agent in the electro-erosion process (inhibitor). It protects very effectively the machined material as a whole (also beyond the cut surface) and the equipment of poorer quality. During work it does not collide with filters or resins in the water circuit.
Safety precautions: SAVAN RVH 600 is a safe product, non-flammable, biodegradable (>80% in diluted state). However the following safety precautions should be observed:
- Contact with skin – wash with water and soap;
- Contact with eyes – rinse with plenty of water;
- In case of swallowing – do not cause vomiting, consult the doctor.
Method of use: Use after exchanging water and during machining, replenishing gradually. Use in proportion; 0.5 l of the agent per 100 l of water. It can be used together with lubricants and maintenance products.
