JR3A is a cooling agent that is added to water during work with Chinese wire erosion machines which is colloquially called „soap”. This colloquial name origins from the fact that once in the past there was on the market a product with the same properties as JR3A in the form of the soap cube. This agent is intended for use as an additive to the machining fluid when working with Chinese wire erosion machines.

JR3A is easily soluble in water. It assures cooling of wire during work, facilitates washing out of metal filings and insulates the wire from the machined part. It reduces the volume of impurities in the machining fluid, increases machine productivity by 20% and the quality of surface during cutting. It protects the machine against short-circuiting. IT DOES NOT PRODUCE ANY SPUME. This agent should be mixed using 1 part for 40-50 parts of water. Stir the agent till it is completely dissolved. We recommend dissolving it in a smaller volume of water and then adding the prepared solution to the container with the machining fluid.
